How do I order a custom mix for my project?

Am I making the mix?

No, you are only providing our editors with the information and/or files to create your mix.

How will I receive my mix?

You can choose to have it sent via email for free or have a CD mailed to you at an additional cost.

How long will it take to receive my mix?

Allow 1-2 weeks on regular orders.

Can I get my mix in less than 1 week?

Yes, simply click the "Rush Order" tab in the order form and we will work with your needs to get your mix done by your deadline.

What If I need profanity to be taken out of my mix?

There are note boxes where you can provide us with specifications on profanity requirements.

What if my mix includes more than 10 songs?

For orders containing more than 10 songs, contact us by e-mail at Jack@MusicEditingOnline.com.

How do I send a song to be edited?

For each “song page” there is a browser button where you can upload your song to our server. We accept .MP3, .WAV, .AIFF and .WAM

How do I pay for my edit?

After entering all your general information and filling out each of the “song pages” for your mix, a screen will pop up with your order summary and total. Fill out the payment information and you will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been processed.

What if I don't know how I want my song to be edited or I’m not sure of the songs I want to use in my mix?

Order a “Detailed Edit” edit & order the amount of songs you would like. In the “Song Page” fields, list any ideas you have as well as style, tempo, era (i.e. 60’s, 70’s, 80’s etc.) or anything else that might help us pick the perfect song for your mix.

Am I buying a license to broadcast a song?

No, MusicEditingOnline.com is solely an editing service. Click on Terms and Conditions for further information.

What if I need my music to be sped up or slowed down?

There are note boxes where you can provide us with specifications on speed.

What if I need sound effects in my routine?

There are plenty of notes boxes in the order form for you to describe what kind of sounds you would like & where. There is also open communication after you order your mix, through e-mail and/or phone, to make sure we get exactly what you need!
